Community Economics & Leadership Development Program (CELD)

Community Economics & Leadership Program (CELD) is a customized four-session intensive leadership and capacity-building program that enhances leaders’ ability to understand the economics of their community and develop a human-centered design to solve wicked community challenges. This program invests in mindset change that creates meaningful perspectives, develops resilience, and cultivates an improved understanding of the ongoing community context to solve problems and make good decisions.

Nearly half of the US workforce is currently made up of Gen Z and millennials. As digital natives, they are skilled in connecting and building relationships. As they move to leadership roles—developing technical skills to influence and empower others to succeed is vital.
